We’re entering into a new phase with Guam Tube and expanding our site to include more content, exciting contests, and this blog to provide information and news to members of our video sharing site.

In addition to providing updates to our members, this blog will also be used to discuss the state of the videography and filmmaking industry on the island of Guam.  Through the advancements of technology and the internet it has become more economical for amateur videographers and filmmakers without a large budget to get their creations in front of the eyes of the public, and things are only getting better!

We’ve been following the advancements of the media industry on Guam for many years now, and with the opening of this video sharing site for the island of Guam a little over three years ago (February 15, 2008 to be exact)  it has always been our mission to help grow and nurture the local videography and filmmaking industry on the island.

Lets face it, the industry is still in its infancy on the island and there are still very few people taking up the art, but things are slowly changing and hopefully with some of our help, our company can help bridge the gap between startup talent in the industry and the more seasoned veterans by offering incentives for beginners to take this industry seriously and to also get new talent into the videography and filmmaking industry on Guam.
